No paper tickets will be generated. You will be required to show the credit card used for tickets when picking up NCPA Championships Ticket Wristbands.

Does everyone in a group order need to be present to pick up a group ticketing order?

No. Only one person needs to visit the Adventist Health Arena box office and show the credit card used for the purchase. They will be given a number of wristbands equal to the number of tickets purchased.

Are seats reserved or open? Can I choose my seat?

All tickets for NCPA Championships are General Admission. Everyone is encouraged to sit as close to the center as possible to provide the best audience experience for the performers.

How is the price of tickets determined?

The NCPA Board of Directors sets the price of tickets for Championships to cover the cost of the event, including renting Adventist Health Arena and nearby parking lots, bringing in 8 top adjudicators from around the country, support staff, prizes, and other expenses. The cost of NCPA Championships is approximately $50,000. Based upon the growth of the circuit, and increased show registrations throughout the 2024 season, the ticket prices for NCPA Championships were all lowered $5/ticket over last season. As the circuit continues to grow, the hope is to continue to pass along additional savings in future years.

Why are tickets more expensive at the door?

It’s critical that NCPA is able to appropriately plan for the number of attendees at Adventist Health Arena. Everyone is strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance through the link above.

What fees are added to the ticket price?

Adventist Health Arena is contractually obligated to sell tickets through TicketMaster. All additional fees are set by the Arena and TicketMaster, and are not set by NCPA.

Who is required to have a ticket to NCPA Championships?

EVERYONE that enters the arena, including those entering with a group’s performance, are required to have one of the following:
– NCPA Championships Ticket Wristband
– Performer Wristband (provided to Group directors at check-in)
– Staff/Volunteer Wristband (10 provided to each Group director at check-in)
– PLUS Pass Wristband (5 provided to each Group director who purchased a Championships PLUS pass during registration)
– Circuit Advisor Pass (1 provided to each ensemble that attended the 2023 NCPA Summit)

There are no exceptions to this rule. This includes ensemble staff and parent volunteers. Everyone entering through the main gates OR entering through the loading docks to help push on a performance unit will be required to show proof of ticket through one of the above-mentioned wristbands/badges.

Performers are required to have their Performer Wristbands on when entering the Arena for their performance. Performers not wearing the Performer Wristband will not be allowed to perform.

Staff and PLUS Pass Wristbands may not be resold. Any group reselling these wristbands will be subject to significant penalties.

If my group purchased an NCPA Membership, can those badges be used for NCPA Championships?

No. Per the Registration FAQ, an NCPA Membership provides 5 additional passes for all shows excluding NCPA Championships. This decision was made to keep the price of the NCPA Membership attainable for ensembles, and provide great value for the 4 “regular season” shows. The Championships PLUS pass was offered as an alternative to all groups wanting to purchase additional staff/volunteer passes and parking for NCPA Championships.

Can I still purchase an NCPA Championships PLUS pass?

Yes, the PLUS pass can be purchased here.

Once I enter the arena, can I leave and come back?

Yes. By providing every paying ticket holder a wristband, everyone may come and go from the arena throughout the day by showing their wristband/pass. This provides the flexibility for parents and support staff to enter/leave the arena to help their ensemble during the day, and/or view ensemble warm-ups in the neighboring parking lot.

What is the bag policy at Adventist Health Arena? What can I bring into the arena?

Adventist Health Arena conducts entry security screenings and has a no-bag policy in place. Please review their arena policies prior to arrival.
