Spectator Ticket Sales through TicketTailor
All tickets need to be purchased online through TicketTailor.
Upon arrival, proceed to Ticketing to have your ticket scanned and to receive a wristband.
Ticketing at NCPA events is cashless. Tickets must be purchased through TicketTailor.
Children five and under are free with one adult ticket.
All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Mike Spillman has been an active music adjudicator for more than 24 years. A longtime resident of Placentia, California, he studied music at Fullerton College and CSULA under several distinguished instructors. Mike’s background includes work as a woodwind specialist, consultant, and Band Director at Fullerton Union High School before transitioning into leadership roles in business and the nonprofit sector.
He is a Co-Founder and past President of the California State Band Championships and has also served on the American DrumLine Association board. Mike has adjudicated for SCJA/CSBC, ADLA, PPAACC, WGASC, US Bands, NC-PA, and other circuits nationwide, and has presented seminars on visual and effect adjudication, leadership, and organizational development.
He lives in Placentia with his wife, Allison, and their sons, Zachary and Patrick.

Martin Griffin has a Bachelor of Music Degree from William Paterson University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Kean University. He was a Band Director in New Jersey for 35 years, primarily as the Director of Bands and Coordinator of Fine Arts at Monroe Township High School. The MTHS Marching Band was crowned NJ State Champions in 2013 and they were selected to represent New Jersey at the 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor in 2016. In addition, the MTHS Wind Ensemble has received multiple gold ratings, and they have been selected to perform at Carnegie Hall, the NJ Performing Arts Center, and the NJ State Band Gala. The MTHS Percussion Ensemble has performed at the All Eastern and NJMEA conferences and have been WGI Power East Regional Champions three times. Marty performed for five seasons with the Hawthorne Caballeros Drum and Bugle Corps, and he has been a percussion arranger for high school bands for more than 30 years. Marty currently judges for numerous organizations including WGI, BOA and DCI and he has been a judge for the Drum Corps Japan Championships. Marty was the Percussion Caption Head for DCA for 12 years and he is currently the judging coordinator for The DCI All Age Class, The Mid Atlantic Percussion Society, and the NJ Marching Band Directors Association. He has served on the WGI Percussion Advisory Board and Marty was on the staff for the 2022 Music for All Honor Band which performed in the Tournament of Roses Parade. Currently Marty is an adjunct instructor in Music Education for Rider University.

Bret Mascaro recently retired as an adjunct professor and supervisor of student teachers at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Previously, Bret completed a full career as a music teacher, band director, and Music Department Coordinator for the Methacton School District. During that time, Bret served as a Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District President and Festival Coordinator and has twice been a clinician at the PMEA Conference. In the interim, Bret spent four years as Director of Education for the Zeswitz Music Company in Reading, Pennsylvania.
